Os version is 22H2 (Windows 10 Pro) . This video plays fine when opening with another player (No)
Specs is : i5 11400f 32 gb ram and rtx 3060 . do you know how I can solve it?
No, this is the first time I see the bug. There are many things that could be wrong here like outdated drivers, using the wrong gpu for decoding and so on. Please check your intel and nvidia drivers, and it would be great if you check in the task manager what gpu is used when playing the wallpaper
