I can’t upload to workshop

It immediately turned off when I pressed upload…
Is there any way to export the video and upload it to the workshop without going through ScreenPlay?

I downloaded the zip version on the homepage and fixed the error that may have been due to ScreePlay not being run with administrator rights

when I click the upload button, the application closes, after which, opening the workshop, it says that the wallpaper that I put there weighed 0.0B and they do not have an icon
