Used Steam key

Hi, I just entered the discord channel and requested a key. The bot sent me one but when I tried it, Steam said it was used. I was going to write this through the support chat in the Discord, but I don't have permission to write messages there and I didn't want to bother the supporters by sendind DMs. If I could be sent a new key, I would appreciate it very much.
